§ 1. General Provisions
By accessing or using the Ascend automation service, you agree to be strictly bound by these Terms of Service. Ascend provides advanced automation tools for Big Bang Empire.
§ 2. Strict User Conduct & Restrictions
To protect our software and our community, users must adhere strictly to the following rules at all times. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your license:
- Media Blackout: Do not share or distribute screenshots, videos, or technical details about the software except for positive promotional purposes.
- No Exploitation: Do not exploit bugs or unintended features — use the software only as intended.
- No Reselling: Do not share, trade, or resell your Ascend account or active subscription.
- No Boosting: Do not run Ascend on behalf of other users or use it as a paid service for third parties.
§ 3. Licensing & Device Limits
Your Ascend subscription grants you a single-user license tied to your specific hardware. We enforce a strict policy of one device per account — no exceptions. Attempting to bypass the HWID lock to use the software on multiple machines is a direct violation of these terms.
§ 4. Service Availability & Risk
You acknowledge that using third-party automation tools inherently carries risk and may violate official game rules. Ascend takes no responsibility for any suspensions or permanent bans applied to your game accounts.
Furthermore, the software and its associated services may be modified, suspended, or entirely discontinued at any time without prior notice or compensation.
§ 5. Disciplinary Actions & Payments
Attempting to abuse payment portals for refunds or initiating chargebacks without consulting our support team will lead to an immediate, permanent ban from Ascend and all affiliated services.
Ascend staff reserves the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or deny accounts at their sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all, without warning.
